05.08.05 tarixinde Cenubi azerbaycanda meshrute herekatinin 100 illiyi munasibeti ile o zamanin milli qehremanlarindan olan Bagir xanin mezari bashinda tebrizde bir tøren gechirildi. Polisin hucumuna meruz qalan toplanti ishtirakchilari deyeneklerle døvulerek dagidildi. O hadiselerde sadece milleti sakitleshmeye chagiran ruhani cenab Ezimi  Qedimi o gunden yaxallanib ve ona ashagidaki ittihamlar ireli surulmushdur.

حجت الاسلام عظيمي قديم طي تماسي تلفني در ساعت 20/21 شب گذشته خبر از سلامتي خود دادند.

اتهاماتي كه فعلا با آن روبرو هستند عبارت است از:

1- رهبريت تجمع غير قانوني روز مشروطيت در مزار باقرخان

2- مصاحبه با سايت شمس تبريز

3- مصاحبه با تلويزيون آنا يوردي

4- مخالفت با نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي

5- عدم تمكين به راي دادگاه

6- كمك به راه اندازي و توضيع نشريه رسول

7- گمراه نمودن طلبه هاي جوان در قم

8- و...

كميته پيگيري وضعيت حجت الاسلام عظيمي قديم ضمن محكوم نمودن چنين برخوردي با فعالان سياسي آذربايجان و نگرش دوگانه و متضاد هم با فعالان حركت ملي آذربايجان از جانب حاكميت, اعلام مي دارد كه اتهامات فوق بي اساس بوده و نمي تواند محلي از اعراب داشته باشد. ما آخرين اخبار از وضعيت حجت الاسلام عظيمي را به اطلاع عموم خواهيم رساند.

Dear Mrs. Harrison

 

I would like to bring to your attention an event in recent days.  Southern Azerbaijan was commemorating the 100 years anniversary of the Constitution Movement on 05 August 2005 and therefore people were gathered around the mausoleum of Baghir Khan in Tebriz, who was regarded then and now as a national hero. The participants were subjected to relentless attacks of the police and were dispersed through beating them by batons.  In these events, Mr Ezimi Qedimi, a priest calling people for peace and harmony, has been arrested and now he is confronted with accusations as described below.

Hojjet-ul-Islam Ezimi Qedimi informed us of his safety last night at 20.21 p.m. during a telephone conversation.

 

He is currently confronted with the following accusations:

  1. Leading the illegal gathering on the Constitution Day at the Mausoleum of Baghir Khan
  2. Interview with the site Shems-Tebriz
  3. Interview with the Ana-yurdu television
  4. Opposition against the holy state of Islamist Republic
  5. Contempt of the court
  6. Facilitating and distributing the periodical “Resul”
  7. Perverting young religions students  in Qom (a religions city in Iran)
