We, the south Azerbaijanis living in the UN, draw your kind attention to the recent arrests of South Azerbaijani activists in Iran, The despotic Persian chauvinist rejime of Tehran has been persecuting the Azerbaijani activists in recent weeks.

Mr. Abbas Lisani has been convicted for one year prison and Mr. Ezimi Qedimi has been already in detaintion for almost 2 months.

today were informed that a school boy, only 6 years old, Mehran Rahimi, has been beaten brutally as he requseted to study in his mother tongue in his school!

 

we urge you to take a proactive action against Iranian rejime and its forceful cultural genecide policy in south Azerbaijan (North West Iran).
