Müraciət : Güney Azərbaycanın Həmədan bölgəsində öyrətmənlərə basqı

Güney Azərbaycanın Həmədan vilayətində öyrətmənlərin demokratik ədalət mübarizəsi zorla qarşılanaraq asdı- kəsdi siyasəti ilə tapdalanmaqdadır.

Aldığımız dəqiq məlumatlara görə 08.04.07( 18 Ferverdin 1385) tarixində Həmədan öğrətmənlərinin “ öğrətmən ocağınında” ki toplantısı zorla dağıdılaraq 45 nəfəri yaxalanmışdır. O gecə saat 8-də ocağın binası polis tərəfindən quşatılaraq bütün iştirakçılar tutulmuşdur. Həmədan öğrətmənləri təşkilatlarının koordinasyon şurasının 7 üzvünün hamısı yaxalananlar arasındadır. Toplantıda olmuyanların isə evlərinə hücum edərək yaxalayıb naməlum yere aparılmışlar.

Bu barədə Təbriz muellimləri və Azərbaycan milli hərəkətçilərinin bir bölümünün 11.04.07                      ( 21.01.85) tarixli münasibətinin orginal və tərcüməsinidə sancaqlıyaraq huzurlarınıza təqdim edirik.

Artırmaq istəyirikki, Həmədan bölgəsinin millət vəkili eyni halda milli məclisin təklükəsizlik komisyonunun üzvi sayın Tale Niki- nin 24 Fevral 2007 tarixindəki bəyanatında  o əyalətdə Azərbaycan Türklərinin milli haqlarının təmin edilməsi  tələb edilmişdi. Bu isə məsələnin daha da mürəkkəbliyindən xəbər verməkdədir.

Bugün aldığımız məlumat əsasında yaxalanan 45 nəfərin 37- i, maddi zəmanətlə müvəqqəti olaraq buraxılmışsada qalanlar, o cümlədən “ koordinasyon şurasının” bütün üzvləri hələdə zindandadırlar.

Bu vəsilə ilə sizdən xahiş edirikki, toplumda çox hörmət sahibi olan öğrətmənlərimizin pozulmuş haqlarını müdafiə üçün əlizdən gələni əsirgəmiyəsiz. Yaxalnmış insanların azadlığı uğrunda əlinizdə olan bütün imkanlardan faydalanasız.

Re: Suppression in South Azerbaijan Province of Hamadan

The democratic movement of teachers in South Azerbaijan’s Hamadan Province has become another victim of the ruthless policies of the Iranian regime.

In accordance with information obtained from the most reliable sources, on  08 April 2007  the office of the society of teachers of Hamadan Province was forcefully dispersed and a total of forty five teachers were arrested.

At 8 pm of the same evening, the societies building was surrounded by the police whereupon  all participants were arrested including seven coordinators of Hamada Teachers Union. Also those members who were not present in the meeting were attacked and arrested in their homes and taken to unknown places.

In support of the above, the original and the translation of the statement dated 11 April 2007 and issued by the Teachers Union of Tabriz, are attached for your kind attention.

Furthermore, on 24 February 2007, his Honourable Taleh Niki-Nam the Member of Parliament for Hamadan Province highlighted the national rights of South Azerbaijan ’s Turkic population. As expected, matters have not improved in this aspect.

Based on the information received today, 37 individuals out of the 45 arrested have been released on bail and as for the others, such as the committee members of the teachers union are still in detention.

We will be grateful if you could provide every possible support towards the release of the above mentioned teachers who constitute the most respectable sector of our society and whose human rights have been so tragically violated.

The Indiscriminate attack by armed troops sent by Tehran’s fascist regime to the central office of the Teachers Union of Hamadan province on the 08th April 2007, resembled the atrocities of infamous Apartheid governments on one of the most sacred institutions in the country.

During the last five years, many teachers in different Iranian cities, particularly in South Azerbaijan have suffered savage attacks by the military and security forces of the regime. So far, hundreds of teachers have been detained and tortured.

On many occasions teachers have lost their jobs merely for expressing their opinion or demanding their salaries.

During the  mass demonstrations of April and May 2007 which swept across fifty towns and cities of South Azerbaijan in opposition to the fascist and apartheid style government of Iran, hundreds of students and their teachers were arrested, humiliated and severely tortured.

 It is unimaginable that many students after being arrested and tortured were expelled from their schools and universities.

The National Movement of South Azerbaijan considers teachers as symbols of morality and human decency who tirelessly pioneer our nation’s struggle against poverty, corruption and fascism.

 Undoubtedly the lack of social and financial security of tens of thousands of teachers will result in reducing the quality of education for millions of students thus resulting in profound damage to society in general.

The National Movement of South Azerbaijan hereby supports the demands of teachers who claim nothing more than justice, national identity and unconditional release of all the arrested teachers and lecturers who  are some of the most hard working, yet least paid citizens in our society.

The National Movement of South Azerbaijan was based on peaceful and non aggressive demonstrations under the advice and directions of our teachers and educationalists. Indeed the success of the teachers in this important struggle, will also pave the way for our mass movement.

The National Movement of South Azerbaijan hereby declares its full support for the struggle of the teachers of South Azerbaijan and all teachers across the country.

South Azerbaijanis, have throughout their history proven that they have always fought and triumphed against those aggressors who have tried to silence the just requests of the people.

حمله شبانه نیروهای سرکوبگر رژیم فاشیستی تهران به محل دفتر کانون صنفی فرهنگیان استان همدان و بازداشت توام با ضرب و شتم قریب به ۵۰ تن ازمعلمین حق طلب شهرستان همدان در تاریخ ۱۸ فروردین، قطعا به منزله هجوم رژیم آپارتاید به ساحت مقدس تعلیم و تربیت است.

از نزدیک به ۵ سال پیش، معلمین در شهرهای مختلف ایران و بخصوص آذربایجان، بصورت مستمر در معرض تهاجمات وحشیانه نیروهای اطلاعاتی، انتظامی و نظامی قرار گرفته اند. تاکنون صدها تن از معلمین در تظاهراتهای خیابانی بازداشت، حبس و شکنجه شده اند. در این میان حتی برخی از معلمین تنها به دلیل بیان عقاید شخصی و یا ابراز مطالبات صنفی از شغل خود اخراج گردیده اند.

در اردیبهشت و خرداد ماه سال گذشته، طی سلسله قیامهای ضد آپارتاید ملت آذربایجان در ۵۰ شهر و شهرک نیز صدها تن از معلمین و دانش آموزان هویت طلب آذربایجانی به خاطر پیوستن به سیل میلیونی ملت آذربایجان بازداشت شده و مورد اهانت، بدرفتاری و حتی شکنجه های طاقت فرسا قرار گرفتند. در این میان حتی جمعی از دانش آموزان مدارس سطوح راهنمایی و متوسطه، در کمال ناباوری، بعد از آزادی از زندان آپارتاید، از مدارس اخراج شدند.

حرکت ملی آذربایجان بر این باور است که معلم به عنوان گلوی راستگوی جامعه، وقتی به رغم همه مخاطرات موجود، مستقیما وارد عرصه مبارزه علیه ستم، تبعیض، آپارتاید، فقرو فساد شود تمامیت جامعه نیز به حمایت از آن برخواهد خاست.

این در حالی است که امنیت و رفاه صدها هزار معلم به معنای ارتقاء همه جانبه ی جامعه ای است که از دهها ملیون دانش آموز و میلیونها دانشجو تشکیل شده است. بدون تردید سرکوب معلمین حق طلب، زمینه ساز امحاء تعلیم، اضمحلال تربیت و در یک کلام مرگ آینده خواهد بود.

حرکت ملی آذربایجان ضمن اعلام حمایت قاطع از قیام معلمین عدالت خواه و هویت طلب، خواستار آزادی سریع و بدون قید و شرط آموزگاران و دبیران دربند، تضمین امنیت جانی، تقویت امنیت شغلی و بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی زحمتکشترین و درعین حال کم توقعترین بخش جامعه است.

با توجه به اینکه حرکت ملی آذربایجان از خصلتی مدنی برخوردار بوده و عمده تاثیر گذاری توده ای خود را مدیون روشنگریهای بی شائبه اساتید، معلمین، دانشجویان، دانش آموزان و نیز فرهنگ دوستان می داند بر این اعتقاد است که پیروزی معلمین در مطالبات صنفی، به معنای پیروزی برای این حرکت عظیم و فراگیر نیز محسوب خواهد شد.

حرکت ملی آذربایجان همچنین اعلام می دارد که هویت طلبان تورک، جهت دفاع از حقوق معلیمن، بخصوص در سراسر آذربایجان جنوبی، آماده هرگونه تشریک مساعی هستند.

تاریخ آذربایجان نشان داده است که وقتی ستم پیشه گان و سیه فکران به شکستن قلم معلم مبادرت کنند آذربایجان ساق پای آنان را خواهد شکست!
