Kamrani bəyin vebbloqunda yayımlanmış xəbərin
tərcüməsini hüzurlarınıza təqdim edirik, ki bu
xəbər ASMƏK, Haq və
Güney Azərbaycanın başqa xəbər vasitələrində
də doğrulanmışdır. Bu məhkəmə qapalı
surətdə keçirilmişdir və biz inanırıq ki, bu
Kamrani bəyin insan haqlarını pozur. Bu düzgün olmayan gedişata
qarşı biz şikayət edirik lakin bunun üçün Kamrani
bəylə, onun həyat yoldaşı və vəkili ilə
məşvərət etməmişik. Sizə məlum olan
faktlar bunlardan ibarətdirlər ki, Kamrani bəyin tutuqlanması
elə birinci addımdan qeyri-qanuni olmuş, ona qarşı
ittiham anlaşılmazdır və ona qarşı gedən
məhkəmə gedişatı qeyri-qanuni surətdə aparılır.
Biz sizdən xahiş edirik ki, ona qarşı hökm
kəsilmək üzrə olduğu üçün bu şikayətimizi
təcili olaraq təqib edəsiniz.

Re
COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. KAMRANIS TRIAL IN A CLOSED SESSION
We
are providing you the translation of a recent news item posted on the Webblog of
Mr. Saleh Kamrani, which has also been confirmed by ASMEK and Hag and
other news media of Southern Azerbaijan. This court was held in a closed session
and we believe that this contravene Mr. Saleh Kamranis human rights. We
therefore wish to complain against this irregular proceeding, although we have
not consulted with Mr. Kamrani, his wife or with his lawyer in raising this
complaint. The fact is that his detention has been illegal in the first place,
the accusation is not recognisable is vague and now the proceedings of his trial
are also conducted in an illegal fashion. We request you to investigate this
case with high urgency and follow up the situation when a sentence is delivered.

The Translation of the News Item on Mr. Saleh Kamrani |

The first court session was held against the detained
lawyer of the national movement of Southern Azerbaijan, Mr. Salhe Kamrani! The
first session of the trial of Mr Saleh Kamrani was held on Wednesday 13
September 2006 at 11.30 in Branch 13 of the Penal Court of the
Revolutionary Court. He has been in detention since 14
June 2006. This
trial was a closed session and took approximately one and half hour.
According to the statement by Mrs. Mina ESGERI, (the wife of Mr. Kamrani)
Mr. Kamrani was in good spirit when entering to the court and when leaving
there. The court sentence will be issued in the next few days. The only
accusation against Mr. Kamrani is propaganda against the system and
according to Article 500 of Islamic Penal Code, the penalty is
imprisonment with a term from 3 months to one year. This
