Qabaqkı məktubumuza əlavə (Say: 366/2006, Tarix: 20 Avqust 2006) Elman Təbrizliyə görə əlimizdə olan son durumu hüzurlarınıza çatdırmaq istəyirik. İndi o aclıq aksiyası aparmaqdadır. Aydındır ki, hakimiyyətin özbaşınalıqla davranışları onun ailəsini sarsıltmışdır. Onun qərarsız atasının Millət Vəkilinə yazdığı məktub ilə sizi tanış etdik, lakin məlum olası bu təşəbbüs də uğursuz qalmışdır.

Re AN UPDATE ON THE CASE OF MR. ELMAN TEBRIZLI (MEHDI NURI)

Further to our letter on 20 August 2006, Ref: 366/2006, attached is an update on Mr. Elman Tebrizli, who is resorting to hunger strike. Evidently, the arbitrary acts of the authorities are also impacting on his traumatised parents. You were duly informed that his father is relentless to the extent of writing a letter to his MP. It would seem that this was an effort in vain.

We appeal to Amnesty International to take up the defence of this young student and do whatever in your means towards alleviating his grave condition. Undoubtedly, his parents will be comforted by your international support.

A WORRYING NEWS FROM ELMAN TEBRIZLI (Mehdi Nuri)

Elman (Mehdi) Nuri is in his 7^th day of hunger strike and he is suffering from severe physical weakness. His father too is also suffering from heart conditions as a direct consequence of the ordeal inflicted on his son, such that his doctor has ordered him to be hospitalised for a week. Prior to this Elman’s traumatised mother was hospitalised.

It should be mentioned that as a direct consequence of subjecting Elman to physical and psychological tension in the Intelligence office in Tebriz, Sulduz and Urmu there has been many effects both on him and his parents.

خبرهای نگران کننده از مهدی نوری

مهدی(ائلمان) نوری در هفتمین روز اعتصاب غذای خود به سر میبرد و به شدت دچار ضعف جسمانی شده است . پدر وی نیز در اثر شرایط پیش آمده دچار عارضه قلبی شدید شده است و طبق دستور پزشك باید بستری گردد. پیش از این مادر ائلمان در بستر بیماری می باشد.

قابل ذكر است كه فشارهای شدید فیزیكی و روحی در ادارات اطلاعات تبریز،سولدوز و اورمیه بر ائلمان تاثیرات سوء فراوانی گذاشته است و خانواده وی با مشاهده وضعیت وی، نسبت به سلامتی وی شدیدا دچار ننگرانی شده و در بستر بیماری افتاده اند.
