MÜRACİƏT: SALEH KAMRANİ BƏY HAQQINDA SON DURUM

Qabaqkı məktubumuzda (Say 351/2006, Tarix 23 İyul) bədnam Evin Zindanına köçürülən Saleh Kamrani bəy haqqında son durumu diqqətinizə çatdırdıq. Buna əlavə onun webbloqunda yayımlanmış yeni bilgi ilə sizi tanış etmək istəyirik. Bu tərcümədən görəcəksiniz:

· İranın Məsul məqamları 3-4 həftə qabaq elan etdilər ki, Saleh Kamrani bəyə qarşı bir dosye hazırlanmış və guya bu onun zindana köçürülməsi və mühakiməsi üçün yol hamarladı. Bu sürə ərzində və ondan qabaq da, Kamrani bəyə vəkil haqqından faydalanmağa izin verilməmişdi, nəticədə ona qarşı yürüdülən sorğular keçərli deyildir, çünki, dəxli olan beynəlxalq qanunları və eləcə də İran İslam Respublikası qanunları pozmuşdur.

· O Evin Zindanına köçürülərkən guya heç bir dosye-filan hələ ortada yox imiş.

· Hələ məsul məqamlar indi-indi Kamrani bəyi zindana köçürəndən sonra ona qarşı bir dosye məhkəməyə vermişlər!

Bəlkə də məsul məqamlar bilərək bu kimi dolaşıq davranışları eşiyə yayalayırlar ki, Kamrani bəyin ailəsini rahatsız etsinlər və yaxud insan haqlarını müşahidə edən beynəlxalq qurumların reaksiyalarını əyərləsinlər.

Sizcə İranın bu dolaşıq davranışları beynəlxalq hüququna saymazyanalıq deyildirmi və yaxud Kamrani bəyin ailəsini sarsıltma deyildirmi? Biz doğrudan-doğruya ümid edirik ki, sükutunuzu pozub və dəxli olan bir güclü tədbirlə İran İslam Respublikasının özbaşınalığını dəf edəcəksiniz.

Re A FURTHER UPDATE ON MR. SALEH KAMRANI

Further to our letter Ref: 351/2006 on 23 July 2006 regarding the transfer of Mr. Saleh Kamrani to the notorious Evin Prison, we would like to update you with the information just published in the webblog of Mr. Kamrani. The translation of this news item is provided for your convenience and it indicates that:

· The authority announced some three weeks ago that a file has been compiled against Mr. Kamrani warranting trial proceedings to be brought against him and therefore in this way apparently they paved the ground for the transfer of Mr. Kamrani to the Evin Prison. In this period and prior to that, Mr. Kamrani was not allowed any access to a lawyer and therefore all the interrogations are in a clear breach of appropriate international laws and those of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

· He was then transferred to the Evin Prison, as per our above letter, at which time there was no file against him.

· Now the authorities have just announced that a file has been compiled against Mr. Kamrani and submitted to the court, after he has been transferred to the Evin Prison!

Perhaps, the authorities are leaking purposefully these irregularities to upset Mr. Kamrani’s family and human right observers but it is more likely that they are gauging international reactions.

We trust that you regard these irregularities as the contempt of international law and a deliberate attempt to frustrate Mr. Kamrani’s family. We sincerely hope that you will break your silence and rebuff the Islamic Republic of Iran by an appropriate strong measure.

The File of Mr.Saleh Kamrani has been referred to the Revolutionary Court Branch 13

The file of Mr. Saleh Kamrani has recently been referred to Branch 13 of the Revolutionary Court . The prosecutor of Branch No 14 of the Revolutionary Court had expressed earlier that this case was referred to the Revolutionary Court (Translator: at a much earlier date, approximately 3-4 weeks ago). However, in practice, this was not true as the authorities were piling up the file with charges against Mr. Kamrani. It appears that this process has come to its end in the last few days and as a result the file was transferred to the Revolutionary Court Branch 13 without specifying any date for the trial. There was an early announcement that the detention of Mr. Kamrani was extended by two months.

The news was dispatched on 7 August 2006.

شانزدهم مرداد پرونده آقای صالح کامرانی به شعبه 13 دادگاه انقلاب ارجاع شد!

پرونده آقای صالح کامرانی به شعبه 13 دادگاه انقلاب ارجاع شد!قبلاً بازپرسی شعبه 14 دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی اظهار داشته بود که پرونده آقای کامرانی به دادگاه ارجاع شده است ولی عملاً چنین کاری صورت نگرفته بود و پرونده در حال تکمیل شدن بوده است و در چند روز اخیر این کار صورت گرفته است و پرونده آقای صالح کامرانی به شعبه 13 دادگاه انقلاب ارجاع شده است و هنوز زمان دادگاه مشخص نشده است.

پیشتر اعلام کرده بودند که قرار بازداشت آقای کامرانی به مدت دو ماه دیگر تمدید شده است.
