Re                 SALEH BƏY KAMRANİ-YƏ QARŞI TUŞ-AMACININ YER DƏYİŞİLMƏSİ

Güney Azərbaycanın Görkəmli insan haqları müdafiə vəkili, Saleh bəy Kamraniyə qarşı yürüdülməkdə olan özbaşınalıqca davranışlar artmaqda. Onun acınacaqlı vəziyyəti ilə bağlı əlimizə çatan məlumatı tərcümə edib və hüzurlarınıza təqdim edirik.

Bu məktub vasitəsi ilə siz yaxından şahid olacaqsınız ki, “İranın Səlahiyyətli Məqamları” yeni bir hileye əl ataraq“tuşlama amacının yerini dəyişirlər.” Bu kələyi qabaqca da görmüşdük, lakin bu ölçüdə yoxki, zemanet temin olunandan sonra ölçüsünü deyişəsən. Güney Azərbaycan elan olunmamış bir sıxı nizami  hakimiyət, basqı və hücuma   məruz qalmışdır. Ağla sığışmır ki, necə bu faciələr qabağında və yaxud Saleh bəy Kamraninin başına gələnlər qabağında BMT dillənməyəcəkdir.

Ədalətin gerçəkləşməsi üçün vəkalət qəbul edən vəkillərin haqqında aparılan bu qeyri insani basqıları necə dayandırmaq olar? Biz öz minnətdarlığımızı sizin yüksəlməkdə olan ilgilərinizə görə ifadə edir və ümid edirik ki, BMT-də məsum Güney Azərbaycanlıların qorunması uğrunda münasibətini bildirəcəkdir.

Re                 THE CASE OF THE SHIFTING GOAL POSTS AGAISNT MR. SALEH KAMRANI

The arbitrary treatments are still escalating against Mr. Saleh Kamrani, the distinguished human rights lawyer from Southern Azerbaijan . We are enclosing below the translation of the information on his ongoing plight.

You will witness here that the so called Iranian Authorities are now resorting to the new ploy of shifting the goal post. We have known incidents of such tricks in the past but never to such a scale. Whilst Southern Azerbaijan is under an undeclared siege, it is hard to see how the United Nations will not react to the ongoing tragedy or to the case of Mr. Kamrani.

Do you not agree that it is really intolerable to see that a lawyer, who is keen in the defence of justice in selecting his client cases rather than material return, is treated in such an arbitrary fashion? I would like to express my gratitude in advance for your heightened campaigns and only hope that the UN will also use of some its obligations towards protecting innocent Southern Azerbaijanis.

Re             SALEH KAMRANI IS STILL IN CAPTIVITY FOR NO REASON!!

Mr. Saleh Kamrani has still been in captivity by Persian chauvinists since 14 June 2006, as reported by his webblog reporter on Sunday, 2 July 2006. He was due to be set free on 3 July 2006 upon providing a prescribed amount of money as a bail.

When his family prepared the documents, there was a declaration that he would be freed in the presence of a judge who would come to the court on Tuesday (translator’s note: this day appears to be 4 July 2006). Our colleague reported that the judge, Rasekh Mateen (or Matin), who was in-charge of this Case, had determined the bail to be 10 million Tumen (100 million Riyals) but upon meeting this bail by Mr. Kamrani’s family, this amount was raised to 50 million Tumen. Once again, his family managed to meet this increased bail but yet there was another announcement that he must be set free in the presence of the judge. According to a member of Mr. Kamrani’s family, after a series of crisscrossing of the court, the last response of the court was that “you should wait until the judge on the case attends the court on Tuesday (4 July 2006) and set him free.

It should be mentioned that Mr. Kamrani has been interned in Branch 14 of the Interrogation Centre of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran and so far other than his wife no one else has been allowed to visit him but his wife has only achieved this after exhaustive persistence. Also, his lawyer Mr. Movlai, was refused the permission to visit Mr. Kamrani on Saturday on 1 July 2006. Apparently, Mr. Movlai was informed that “you go back because we will set Mr. Kamrani free within this week.”

Mr. Saleh Kamrani is a first class lawyer of the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Central Association of Lawyers. He has successfully defended the majority of (Southern) Azerbaijani activists under detentions without expecting any material return. These past clients are also currently under detention and many of them are under life threatening conditions. For instance, as you have been informed, Mr. Abbas Lisani (a client of Mr. Kamrani) has lost consciousness in many occasions.

صالح کامرانی همچنان بی دلیل در بند!!

بنا به گزارش خبرنگار وبلاگ، آقای صالح کامرانی که از تاریخ 24/03/1385 در اسارت شوونیزم فارس می باشند، قرار بود در تاریخ (11/04/1385) با قرار وثیقه سند آزاد بشوند که بعد از مراجعه خانواده وی، اعلام کرده اند که ایشان باید در حضور قاضی آزاد شوند و قاضی نیز روز سه شنبه تشریف می آورند.بنا به گزارش همکارمان، قاضی راسخ متین که قضاوت این پرونده را برعهده دارد قرار وثیقه را ده میلیون تومان اعلام کرده بودند ولی بعد از فراهم کردن قرار وثیقه توسط خانواده آقای کامرانی، این مقدار را به پنجاه میلیون افزایش داده اند این بار نیز با فراهم کردن قرار وثیقه مورد نظر از طرف خانواده آقای صالح کامرانی، از طرف دادگاه اعلام کرده اند که ایشان باید در حضور قاضی آزاد شوند.بنا به اظهارات یکی از افراد خانواده آقای کامرانی، بعد از چندین بار رفت و آمد، آخرین جواب از سوی دادگاه این بوده است که بایستی منتظر باشید تا قاضی پرونده روز سه شنبه(13/04/1385) تشریف بیاورند و ایشان را آزاد کنند.

لازم به ذکر است که آقای صالح کامرانی در شعبه 14 بازپرسی دادگاه انقلاب تهران نگهداری میشوند و تاحالا هیچ کس بجز همسرشان(آنهم با سماجت و اصرار) نتوانسته است با آقای کامرانی ملاقات کند.

همچنین وکیل ایشان آقای مولایی نیز روز شنبه(10/04/1385) با مراجعه به آنجا برای ملاقات با موکل خودشان، نتوانسته اند موکلشان را ملاقات کنند و گویا به ایشان گفته اند که شما تشریف ببرید ما در عرض این هفته ایشان را آزاد میکنیم.

آقای صالح کامرانی وکیل پایه یک دادگستری و عضو کانون وکلای مرکز می باشند و همچنین وکالت اکثر فعالین آذربایجان، که دستگیر شده اند، را آقای صالح کامرانی بدون داشتن هیچ چشم داشتی برعهده گرفته اند که وضعیت جسمانی اکثر آنان وخیم گزارش شده و همانطور که اطلاع دارید آقای عباس لسانی(از موکلین آقای صالح کامرانی) نیز تا حالا چندین بار بیهوش شده اند.
